Why these recipes exist

Many traditional recipes were once made with real ingredients: whole foods, natural fats, slow methods, and balance.

Over time, large food corporations changed those ingredients for profit, shelf life, and speed — not for human health.

In these recipes:

  • We removed modern industrial ingredients

  • We restored traditional fats, grains, and methods

  • We kept the flavor, spirit, and cultural identity intact

These are the first 21 countries. More will be added based on community requests.

We recognize that this is not the full picture of the world’s incredible food cultures.

We invite you, your friends, and your family to be part of this project. In the comments section of any video or platform where you found us, tell us which country you are from.

Each week, we will tally requests over the next three months and proudly add new countries and recipes that have not yet been featured.
